Community Collaboration Call
A space for SARAH and partner agencies to provide updates, news items, and resources related to San Antonio/Bexar County’s homeless response system. This call shares a distribution list with Membership Council and occurs during the months that Membership Council does not meet. To be added to the outlook invitation have your agency apply for Membership Council and email azhaliaramirez@sarahomeless.org.

As required by HUD, at least a semi-annual convening of the entire CoC (any agency committed to preventing and ending homelessness) to share information, provide training opportunities, and give space to recommend coordination strategy, service gaps, and resource needs to the Board of Directors through 2 MC Board seats (non-voting). The goal of MC is to bring in new agencies and introduce them to the homeless response system and get them involved in the work that is already being done. Membership Council gives agencies perks, like early access to CoC information, listing on the SARAH website, invites to committees and other SARAH meetings, access to free training sessions, ability to add speaking points to the Membership council agenda, and an invite to the community collaboration call. Membership Council meets in person on a quarterly basis.
