Homelink is San Antonio and Bexar County’s local Coordinated Entry System – a uniform,
community-wide approach to connect persons who are literally homeless to housing resources.
Please note that we do not provide direct assistance such as shelter, food resources, or case management. If you are experiencing homelessness or are at risk of becoming homeless, please click here to contact Homelink Access Points (either in-person or by phone). You can also maintain your active status by contacting these Access Points if you’re already on the Homelink waitlist for supportive housing.
If you are experiencing homelessness or are at risk of homelessness, please call the City of San Antonio’s Homeless Connections Hotline at (210) 207-1799 to receive counseling and resources. Their hours are Monday – Friday from 8AM – 4:30PM
Click here to visit SACRD.org, a resource directory that helps you find agencies, organizations, or groups in your area that can help with resources such as health care, childcare, education, food, housing, legal aid, transit, etc.
Call (210) 631-0100 to apply for a protective order. Applicants who meet the required legal criteria will come to the Family Justice Center by appointment only to sign a sworn affidavit. Applicants can fill out the intake form by clicking here (can submit online or by mail).
