What is SAHomelink?

SAHomelink is San Antonio/Bexar County’s Coordinated Entry process. Coordinated Entry is how persons experience homelessness enter the system and get connected to housing resources.

This page is intended for homeless service providers who enter data into the Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) and assist clients with housing.

If you are currently experiencing homelessness and looking for resources, please click here.

SARAH Homeless Diversion Pilot

Flex funding has been allocated from SARAH to assist SAHomelink Hubs and Network Partners in helping their clients experiencing homelessness find safe housing solutions.

To have access to these funds, partners must work at an SAHomelink Hub or be an SAHomelink Network Partner, complete a training and assessment to become a Certified Diversion Specialist, and perform diversion/problem-solving conversations with all clients accessing SAHomelink.
